What Makes Our Flours Special

  • Doves Farm Organic Flours – Certified organic flours milled with care, bringing clean, wholesome flavour to every loaf
  • Y Felin Stoneground Flour – Locally sourced from St Dogmaels, this traditional stoneground flour is milled in small batches. Our premium flour is stoneground slowly and gently using only traditional methods and machinery, some of which are hundreds of years old.
