Baking Accessories

Students attending my baking courses often ask 'Where can I get this tin from? ' So I started stocking them so they could take them away and start their baking adventure as soon as they get home. 

I was also asked to create 'pre mixed flours' consisting of a range of ancient, malted, white, and infused flours along with the right % of salt and yeast. All you need to add is water.
