A Full Day of Bread Making
This is a comprehensive, full-day workshop designed for those who want to truly understand the craft of bread. Over the course of the day, you will work through three distinct disciplines — sourdough, classic bread, and Organic bread made by milling your own flour from grains! building knowledge and technique with each bake.
We begin with sourdough: understanding your starter, developing flavour through fermentation, and shaping a loaf with confidence. From there, we move into the fundamentals of a classic white loaf — the kind of bread that forms the backbone of any baker's repertoire. The day concludes with Organic bread where you will make a variety of bread with lour milled from grains, creating loaves that are as visually striking as they are delicious, requiring different textures and handling methods.
Everything you bake throughout the day is yours to take home. You will leave with a full basket of handcrafted loaves and the understanding to recreate them in your own kitchen.

Course will start at 10am and finish around 4pm, with a break in between for lunch and refreshments.
