Join us for a fun-filled day where you'll master the art of Italian baking. Under Jamie's expert guidance, you'll create four Italian classics from scratch:
Pizza - hand-stretched and topped to perfection
Focaccia - golden, herb-infused, and irresistibly fluffy
Roasted vegetables. A fusion of fresh, roasted vegetables
Dough balls - soft, pillowy bites of heaven
THIS IS A 2 PERSON MINIMUM BOOKING Making it the ideal experience to share with a friend or loved one.
Jamie will take you step-by-step through each recipe, sharing professional techniques and tips you can use at home. Whether you're a complete beginner or a confident cook, you'll leave with new skills and delicious creations.
You will make and create by hand your own focaccia, dough balls and pizza. When these are all made and waiting to be baked you will be seated in our restaurant, then Jamie will prepare and roast the fresh vegetables.
Once everything is baked it will be brought to you at your table to enjoy.
